Theme-Centered Summer Program

Each summer the Episcopal Day School of Evergreen hosts a Summer Program. It is an exciting adventure for children, ages 12 months through 6 years old. Each day is filled with outdoor exploration, discovery, games, crafts, and play. We have a theme for every week of Summer Program and the crafts and play are centered around those themes. Past themes have included Superhero Week, Beach Week, and Cowboy Week. The daily schedule, classrooms, and routine are similar to the school year, but with more outdoor and artsy fun!

2026 SUMMER PROGRAM DATES (12 weeks)

First day of Summer Program - Monday, May 18th 

Closed Memorial Day - Monday, May 25th 

Closed for July 4th Holiday - Monday, June 29th - Friday, July 3rd (resuming Monday, July 6th)

Last Day of Summer Program - Friday, August 14th

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Extended Care 7:45 AM - 5:30 PM

Registration for our Summer Program is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space will be limited so be sure to register early. 

2026 Summer Program Registration starts on Monday, February 2nd, 2026 at 9:00 AM. You may drop off your registration forms and fee at the office, or email Rachel at rachel@edse.org. 

REGISTRATION FEE: $100.00 non-refundable registration fee per family

SUPPLY FEE: $125.00 per child

Extended Care fees are billed separately and paid monthly

TUITION: 

Cash, Check, ACH payments accepted. 

DEBIT/BANK CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

3% FEE CHARGED FOR ANY CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.
