Rachel Chado, Executive Director and Lead Teacher
Rachel graduated from Colorado State University in 2016 with her Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, with a concentration in ECE. She then went on to get her Master's in Educational Leadership and Administration, as well as a Principal's License, from Regis University in 2020. She has spent the last 10 years either
Rachel graduated from Colorado State University in 2016 with her Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, with a concentration in ECE. She then went on to get her Master's in Educational Leadership and Administration, as well as a Principal's License, from Regis University in 2020. She has spent the last 10 years either in preschool classrooms or in a school leadership role. When not at school, you can find Rachel outside hiking and camping with her dog Frank, skiing in the winter, and reading a good book in the Fall.

Justine is from Laramie and has a degree in Women's Studies and a CO EC certification. She has been our baby whisperer since 2014. Justine's daughter graduated from EDSE in the spring of 2020! She's had experience being a nanny, and being a Teacher's Assistant, and is now excited to be assisting here at EDSE. While away from work, she can be found skiing,

Katie graduated from The University of Illinois at Chicago in 2018 with a degree in Human Development with a focus in educational psychology. She moved here from Chicago shortly after graduating and loves it. Moriah graduated from Cincinnati Christian University with a focus on Psychology. She previously worked in public education federal grant distribution, with Boys and Girls Clubs, and nannied for a handful of amazing families. Her and her husband enjoy traveling and exploring Colorado with their puppy, Margot, and cat, Cat Stevens. She also loves reading and traveling!
