2026-2027 School Year Registration

The school year will run from August 24, 2026 - May 14, 2027. Classes are held Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Extended Care hours are offered from 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM with a contract. 

Registration Fees:

• Returning families: $200 for single child families, $250 for multiple child families, due at time of registration
• New families: $200 for single child families, $250 for multiple child families
• The Registration Fee is non-refundable, due at time of registration

Registration begins February 2, 2026 for returning families, and February 9, 2026 for new families. If no spot is available in the age group you seek, you will be put on the waitlist until February 2027, whereupon registration will commence for Fall 2027. For questions about availability in a particular class, please fill out the Contact Us form or email Rachel at rachel@edse.org.

***We do not need the additional paperwork packet at the time of registration unless you are registering August 1, 2026 or later. For those who register before August 1, 2026, the additional required paperwork packet can be turned in starting June 1, 2026 but must be received by August 1, 2026. That must be turned in close to your child's start date.

If you need Extended Care, be sure to submit the Extended Care Contract with your registration form. The Extended Care Form will be available for download on our Forms page.

Registration for both the school and Extended Care are on a first-come, first-served basis, and space will be limited. Your Child's immunization status may affect chances of enrollment. 

2026-27 School Year Registration Dates:

Returning families: Begins Monday, February 2, 2026 at 9:00 AM (in person or email)

New families: Begins Monday, February 9, 2026 at 9:00 AM (in person or email)

NEW FAMILIES: PLEASE READ

New families must submit a registration form in person or via email to Rachel Chado (rachel@edse.org) starting at 9:00 AM on February 9, 2026. Forms will not be accepted earlier than 9:00 AM; any forms emailed early will be placed at the back of the line. Registrations will be processed in order of the time stamp in our inbox. New families will be notified of their registration status no later than Friday, February 20. If they have not secured a spot, they will be placed on the 2026 waitlist. IMPORTANT: if your family is flexible at all on days, please be sure to note that on the registration form, as it helps us get more students in.
